When you get the quotation it will show you the maximum luggage you can take with each vehicle.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will receive confirmation email shortly or with in one hour.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
If you cannot find your driver then please call the company phone number 01293 972 472.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Cancellation Policy: All bookings cancelled 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled between 24 and 12 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours will receive no refund. To cancel a booking please email us with your receipt and booking details.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver. Drivers are dispatched one hour prior to the advertised landing times. We offer free 60 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. However, each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. All parking and entrances are chargeable at cost.
Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes, we provide a service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call us or book online at anytime.
Q: How early do I need to book?
If booking online, please do so at least 6 hours in advance. For asap bookings please call us to confirm availability.
