Airport Taxi FAQs

How do I book? +

You can book online through the ETO booking widget, call +44 (0) 1293 972 472, send a WhatsApp message or use the contact form with your pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger and luggage details.

Do you provide fixed prices? +

Yes. Airport taxi prices are confirmed before travel based on the journey details, vehicle type, passenger count and luggage requirements.

Do you monitor flights? +

Yes. Flight monitoring is available for airport pickups when accurate flight details are supplied during booking.

What happens if my flight is delayed? +

When flight details are supplied, pickup timing can be planned around the updated arrival information. You should still keep your phone available after landing.

Do you provide meet and greet? +

Meet and greet can be requested for airport arrivals. The service charge is £10.

What is airport waiting time? +

Airport pickups include 1 hour of free waiting time after the flight landing time.

How much is waiting time after the free period? +

Airport waiting time after the free period is charged at £24 per hour. Home, hotel and office pickups include 10 minutes free, then waiting time is charged at 40p per minute.

Can I book a child seat? +

Child seats may be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability and suitability. Please include the child's age and requirements in the booking notes.

Do you allow pets? +

Pets and animals are carried only when agreed in advance and must be suitably secured for the journey.

Can I book executive cars? +

Yes. Executive airport transfers can be requested for business travel, premium journeys and longer routes, subject to availability.

Do you cover Southampton, Dover, Brighton, Oxford, Cambridge, Woking, Canterbury, Redhill and Horley? +

Yes. These route and local service pages are available on the website and can be booked subject to availability and confirmed journey details.

Can I book port transfers? +

Yes. Port transfers can be arranged for Southampton, Dover and other port journeys, including airport-to-cruise connections, subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy? +

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund minus card transaction fees. Cancellations between 24 and 12 hours receive a 50% refund minus card transaction fees. Cancellations within 12 hours are not refundable.
